Who should Romney pick?

Who do you believe that Mitt Romney should choose as his Vice-Presidential nominee?

All of the potential picks have strengths and weaknesses.  Will they excite the party base?  Do they have enough experience?  Could they possibly help cary a state Romney might otherwise lose?  All of these questions will figure in to who Romney may choose.
