What's going on in Pennsylvania?

Looky, looky... The latest NBC News poll from PA shows some tightening going on. They've got it at 47% Obama, 43% McCain...with 9% undecided. That's a margin of error race.

I think it shows a fews things:

1) state polls are usually lagging indicators to how the national polls go...and the national polls have been tightening, (3 polls yesterday had it at a 3 point race nationally)...

2) this is the same state where Bambi got whipped big-time by Hillary...

3) this state has a lot in common w/Ohio...and I think "Joe the Plumber" is selling well there, cutting into Obama's economic message...

4) this is the state that prompted Obama's comment about people "clinging to God and guns"...

and 5) this is the same state who's got an incumbent Democrat congressman (John Murtha) that has referred to his constituents as "racists" and "rednecks".Stir it all up in a big gumbo and you might just have a recipe for McCain putting this one in the red column.
