The Recovery Summer is one year old (are you better off?)

It's been a year now since the Obama administration proclaimed the "Recovery Summer" (or, the Summer of Love for what "The One" is doing for the economy).

So how'd all that work out?  Well, unless you're a government employee, not too good.
