Given that Obama's Treasury Department finally came out with some details on their "plan" to fix what ails the US banking system, what do you think are the chances that it will succeed?

Your options:

  1. Metaphysical certainty...take it to the bank!
  2. Maybe...as in 50/50
  3. Not likely. Congress will spook private investors with regulations.
  4. Not at all. There will "another" plan by the fall.
