Also, in case you missed it, Congress is now debating the latest "omnibus" spending bill, (don't you just love that word?) - and (surprise) it's expensive and full of pork.

In fact, not only does it contain thousands of earmarks, but it even has a couple hundred million dollars for groups like our good buddies at ACORN!  (Call it a voter fraud stimulus)

We may acually have an outside shot at beating this thing, given that a few Democrats have indicated they will vote no.  With enough pressure on the rest of them, we might actually be able to keep it from passing.
