Glenn Beck discussed this over the past night or two on his CNN program. The guest showed photographs of several years back how terrible the litter, dumping and so forth was at the border and contrasting photos of how 'green' it now is at various points where border fencing has been built. Not just on the US's side but on the Mexican side, too. It was night and day how much more scenic the landscapes were near the fence now to how it was before!
